T7-Day Return & Refund Policy — Jama Pizaar

At Jama Pizaar, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, subject to the conditions below.


1. Eligibility for Return

You can request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.

Note: Items such as innerwear, sale items, or customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.


2. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, send the item back to our address.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the product, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
  5. 🧾 Shipping charges for returns are paid by the customer.
    (If the return is due to a damaged or wrong item sent by us, Jama Pizaar will cover the shipping cost.)

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake or defect from our side.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
